2004 Sangiovese
| Yarra Valley, Victoria
| | Rich scarlet in colour. Cherry, tobacco leaf and spice are in evidence on the complex nose. The soft velvety palate shows plum, rhubarb and a subtle French oak influence, with fruit sweetness balanced by a soft tannin structure.
| Reviews
| Fine deep red, very attractive bitter cherry nose, very typical Sangiovese, nice fruit, a little softer than expected from the nose, probably young vines, nicely balanced, good effort for this varietal. 16/20.

| Pale cherry red. Fine, pure, tangy varietal nose. Quite ready for drinking - with food only.
